Charles Darwin published “Origin of the Species,” his influential writings on evolution, one hundred and fifty years ago this month. Virginia Tech Biologist Duncan Porter edited the definitive edition of Darwin’s letters and journals. He says this correspondence shows that Darwin’s career went through an evolution of its own.
