  • The program with Hilary Holladay and Lucille Clifton was outstanding. Sarah McConnell was able to draw out responses from both speakers that illuminated the craft, sensitivity and magic of Lucille Cligton’s poetry.

  • What a nice way to elevate one’s day–one’s life! Thank you for such intimate and illuminating interviews. I can’t wait to read more…

  • Lucille Clifton owns a measure of the wisdom that is from above. She knowingly fills the mind’s eye with truths adorned in simplicity. Fully understanding that human treasure should be placed within reach, Clifton provides a banquet of well oiled eye to eye entrées of profoundly human experiences. The wine of her poetic voice has been kept on the dregs. More than wonderful, she is a furious flower with spiritual sizzle.
